Play? Playtime, as an adult?

EVERY👏🏽DAMN👏🏽DAY👏🏽

Whether I’m cracking jokes online, pranking my kids, or saying something to shock my Mom! I am absolutely ALWAYS ready for play. However, what says “playtime” is when frustration, anxiety or stress try to creep up on me. That’s when I know…it’s time to STOP adulting and tend to my inner child.

What does “playtime” look like for me? It could look like me walking down the street walking my granddog, while singing and dancing and hoping I make someone laugh. Or it could look like me running in the field as my granddog pulls me behind him. OR dancing in the privacy of my room to awaken my creativity. It could also look like me coloring, painting or going to a nearby playground.

Playtime is how I remain youthful!
