I woke up with a song on my heart, which is fairly normal for me. However, today’s song was quite interesting, as it’s McCants’ birthday (my brother, my 1st Bestfriend). Although, I can no longer celebrate him in the flesh. YAH saw fit for me to celebrate in Spirit.

woke me up this morning with a vibrant serenade. All I could hear was “And I feel good (good), the joy I feel on inside will show up on the outside, and I feel good”. I heard these lyrics over and Over and OVER until I woke up still hearing the lyrics.

Needless to say, I woke up with an enormous smile on my face. Fred Hammond was singing to ME for my brother’s birthday. I knew it was going to be a GREAT day and it was so much better than I anticipated.

Beginning with worship, scholars texting me in the AM, great sessions with teachers, spending QT with my children and visiting my Mom.

When God wakes you up with a blessing and orders your steps throughout the day…it could only be SUPERB and was!

Happy 47th Birthday! I miss you so much! I try not to think about missing you, it saddens me to know you’re NOT here! But soon and very soon!
