This is basically the transcript from my Facebook Live Accountability Check-in this evening at 7pm.

Hello Faithfilled Tribe,

To be quite honest, I must say that I did okay. I messed up a few times in regards to not posting on all platforms, as I intended to do. I realize that I have to write down where I’ve posted and not count on remembering, especially with everything that I deal with on a daily basis. I’m gonna do better!

However, I did post my Product of the Week, BOB (Black Owned Business) of the Week, my inspirational posts and I did an impromptu FB LIVE yesterday as well.

I’m not sure how many of you saw my LIVE yesterday, regarding my little test at work. It was to be expected because the Lord has been working overtime over here! I was on TikTok worship and I was challenged to fast and pray today. When I heard about the fast I wanted to include you all, hence the LIVE yesterday. After, I made that decision along with the fact that I had been praising God all day long I received that test. Thankfully, my character speaks for itself and I didn’t get into any trouble. LOL

Now, let’s talk about FAITH and obedience. This fast was not on my radar but I knew once it was presented to me that I had to participate. GOD doesn’t put circumstances, situations, events nor people in our lives for naught. So, I obeyed and chose to fast and pray today.

This fast was a little difficult! I was so hungry today! I was in a meeting and my stomach was going IN. The growling was so loud but my team couldn’t hear it. I dunno how they didn’t hear it cuz it was LOUD!!!

I have literally only had water since last night at 10pm. There were several times today that I just wanted to jump into some food but I have goals.

LET ME TELL YOU…

GOD uses his servants to speak words into His children. I struggle with a few things and listening may just be one of those things. I received confirmation today to do something that I was uncertain about.

So, my director mentioned something to me and through her I received my answer to prayer from this morning. I already knew but I wasn’t sure that I was actually hearing from the Holy Spirit. I just need to stop second guessing the Holy Spirit when He moves.

I have to learn to hold tight to my faith. How many of you have ever participated in a trust fall? What is a trust fall you ask! Well, you have two individuals facing the same direction; one person in front of the other and the person in the back is the catcher. When the individual in front is ready, he or she will fall backwards into the arms of the catcher. This is very difficult for people that have trust issues. And it’s even more difficult since the individual doing the falling back can’t see the individual catching them.

Can you imagine someone saying okay fall back but there is NO BODY visible to catch you? What do you think you would do in that instance?

Well, that is how faith works. You place all of your trust into GOD and just allow Him to do what He does. Now, that doesn’t mean you don’t have a part to play because “FAITH without works is dead”. Remember, you cannot try to figure things out on your own. You have to trust Him to handle the “small” stuff which isn’t so small for us!
